When is the cutoff date to order a box? 

In order to ensure we have enough products to support the demand, the cut off date for each month’s box is the 15th of the month before. For example, cut off date to order the May box would be April 15th. Orders placed after 11:59 pm MST on the 15th will be added to the next month’s box.

Subscription boxes ship out between the 25th-30th of each month. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel your account anytime by emailing onebyonesubscriptions@gmail.com

Can I customize a box? 

We don’t offer the option to customize a box, but our boxes are so diverse and include activities that we hope will bring enjoyment to everyone who tries them! 

What if I received a damaged item? 

Complementary replacements are provided if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at onebyonesubscriptions@gmail.com and attach photo evidence of any damages/defects within 5 days of receipt of the box. 

Please ensure you send us photos of: 

  1. The outside condition of the box upon delivery

  2. The damaged item showing evident damage/leakage 

  3. A picture of the inside of the box you received 

Our team will ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos. We are unable to process a replacement without photos.  

What if my box is lost or stolen? 

One by One is not responsible for lost/stolen boxes once marked as delivered by USPS or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer.
